SFLC settle with Supermicro, sue Extreme Networks

The Software Freedom Law Center (SFLC) have reached an agreement to dismiss the GPL enforcement lawsuit filed by SFLC against Super Micro Computer on behalf of the developers of BusyBox. They also announced that they have sued Extreme Networks, a major network hardware provider.
