Linux and FOSS is clearly gaining more momentum with mobile devices. Jim Zemlin, the executive director of the Linux Foundation, wrote in his blog that he considers cell phones as the next frontier for FOSS. Meanwhile Jay Lyman of the 451 Group covers the potential of Linux on Mobile Internet devices (MIDs).
