OSOR has published an EUPL compatibility list to dispel uncertainties: "The list is intended especially to help dispel uncertainties and erase doubts on how to combine and distribute open source components in a larger application using the EUPL. The list is provided without guarantees, as no such combining of licences into a project under the EUPL has been tested in court."
